We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nadiiaco. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@nadiia.org with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, opened consumables, or items marked as final sale.
